Lime is a classic cocktail ingredient versatile enough to pair with most base spirits. Here are a collection of our favorites using our Lime Cocktail Mixer.
Mojito
2 oz White Rum
1 oz Lime Cocktail Mixer
12 Fresh Mint Leaves, Plus more for Garnish
Club Soda
Ice
Lime wheel for garnish (optional)
Muddle mint leaves with mixer in bottom of highball glass until well bruised, releasing the mint oils. Stir in rum, add ice and top with club soda. Garish with additional mint sprigs and lime wheel, if using.
Basil Gimlet
2 oz Gin
1 1/2 oz Lime Cocktail Mixer
6 Fresh Basil Leaves, Plus more for Garnish
Ice
Muddle basil in cocktail shaker with mixer until well bruised and aromatic. Add gin and top with ice, shake for 30 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a basil leaf.
Margarita
2 oz Tequila
2 oz Lime Cocktail Mixer
Lime Fresco Sea Salt
Ice
Lime wheel for garnish (optional)
Wet the rim of a low ball or margarita glass and dip in a shallow plate filled with Lime Fresco Sea Salt. Fill glass with ice and set aside. Put Tequila and cocktail mixer in a cocktail shaker, fill with ice. Shake for 30 seconds until shaker is frosty. Strain into prepared glass and garnish with Lime wheel if using.
Ginger Lime Mocktail
2 oz Lime Cocktail Mixer
1 tsp Grated Fresh Ginger
(Or 2 oz Lime Ginger Mule Cocktail Mixer)
Club Soda
Ice
Lime wheel for garnish (optional)
Mix the grated ginger and Cocktail Mix together in a highball glass or copper mug. Fill with ice and top with Club Soda. Stir mixture together and garnish with Lime wheel if using.
