3/4 Cup Sutter Buttes Infused Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Sutter Buttes Infused Balsamic Vinegar
Pinch of Himalayan Pink Sea Salt
Fresh Ground Pepper
Fresh herbs of your choice (optional)
Honey Mustard Vinaigrette:
1/3 Cup Sutter Buttes Infused Olive Oil
1/3 Cup Sutter Buttes Infused Balsamic Vinegar
1 small shallot, minced
4 Tbsp Sutter Buttes Wildflower Honey
3 Tbsp Sutter Buttes Chardonnay Mustard
Directions:
Combine ingredients in small jar or container with a well-sealing lid. Shake until well combined.
