Ingredients:
5oz mixed salad greens, add in arugula or spinach to your liking
a handful of fresh chopped herbs; mint, basil, parsley
1 cup of blueberries
2 cups of sliced strawberries
1/4 cup of Gorgonzola
Vinaigrette:
2 Tbsp Sutter Buttes Basil Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Sutter Buttes Fig Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 shallot, minced
1 1/2 Tbsp Sutter Buttes Wildflower Honey
1 Tbsp Sutter Buttes Chardonnay Mustard
Directions:
Mix the salad greens, fresh herbs, blueberries, strawberries, and Gorgonzola cheese. Combine the balsamic, shallot, honey and mustard. Slowly whisk in the olive oil.
Leave the dressing on the side or drizzle over the salad and toss to coat
right before serving.
