Sure, you’ve had peanut butter & jelly.. but have you ever had a GRILLED PB&J? Melty peanut butter, warm strawberry vanilla jam.. this is not your average lunch!
Ingredients:
¼ teaspoon Sutter Buttes Vanilla Olive Oil
2 slices bread of choice
1 tablespoon peanut or other nut butter
1 tablespoon Sutter Buttes Strawberry Vanilla Jam
Directions:
Heat pan over medium heat. Brush each slice of bread with vanilla olive oil on one side. On un-oiled sides, spread peanut butter on one slice and jam on the other. Form sandwich so peanut butter and jelly face one another. Brown sandwich in pre-warmed skillet for 2-3 minutes, flip and cook for 3-4 minutes on opposite side.
Slice in half and enjoy!
