Vanilla Olive Oil Granola

All of the deliciously sweet baked flavor packed granola tossed together with our award winning Vanilla infused olive oil. Top your favorite yogurt or eat it by the handful. This recipe makes 15 cups.

Ingredients:
6 cups rolled oats
2 cups sliced almonds
1 cup Sutter Buttes Wildflower Honey
1 cup Sutter Buttes Vanilla Olive Oil
1/2 cups brown sugar
kosher salt
2 cups dried cherries

 

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 300°. Toss together the rolled oats, almonds, honey, oil, sugar, and 1 teaspoon salt.  Bake on two rimmed baking sheets, tossing occasionally, until golden, 35 to 40 minutes; let cool.  Mix in the dried cherries. Store at room temperature for up to three weeks.

*This granola works with an endless number of variations; Try hazelnuts and dried cranberries, pistachios and dried apricots or pumpkin seeds and raisins.
