White Garlic Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Did you grow up hating Brussels sprouts? Probably because they weren’t cooked like these White Garlic Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts!! Halved Brussels sprouts get tossed in a garlicky marinade, then roasted to golden perfection.. you’re going to LOVE them!!

Ingredients:

2 lbs Brussels sprouts halved
1 tablespoons Sutter Buttes Arbequina Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Sutter Buttes White Garlic Balsamic
1 tablespoons fresh garlic, minced finely
½ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon Sutter Buttes Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. While oven preheats, halve Brussels sprouts and trim tough outer leaves. Whisk together olive oil, balsamic, garlic, pepper, and salt in a bowl. Toss halved Brussels sprouts in mixture until coated. Lay Brussels sprouts on lined baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, flip Brussels sprouts and return to oven for additional 5-10 minutes until browned.
